U.S.-Based Legal & Public Records Research Specialist

We are looking for an experienced U.S.-based legal research professional to assist with difficult property-owner and contact research. We already handle standard research in-house. This position is specifically for harder cases that require deeper research and professional-level resources. Ideal background: Paralegal, legal researcher, investigator, or similar legal background U.S.-based Strong experience with public records and professional legal research databases Experienced locating and verifying property-owner contact information Has their own authorized access to professional research resources This is hourly, as-needed work with the potential for ongoing assignments.
