U.S.-Based Meta Specialist for Nonprofit Facebook Page Recovery & Rebuild

Connect to Greatness, Inc. is a legitimate U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that mentors and empowers Black male youth. We are seeking an experienced, U.S.-based Meta Business specialist to assess the removal of our long-standing Facebook Page and lead a secure, compliant rebuild. Our Page, which had approximately 1,286 followers and more than 1,300 posts, was suspended for “inauthentic behavior.” This occurred after an overseas virtual-assistant team was given administrative access and posted through Meta Business Suite. Their access has been completely removed. Our appeal was rejected, the Page is no longer available, and we have downloaded the Page archive. The selected specialist will: * Review our Meta Business Portfolio, account status, ownership, permissions, and security * Assess whether any legitimate recovery or escalation option remains * Develop a written recovery/rebuild recommendation * Secure administrator access and require two-factor authentication * Create and configure a new official Facebook Page if rebuilding is appropriate * Restore our branding, nonprofit information, and essential Page details * Review the downloaded archive and help identify priority content for reuse * Develop a gradual, compliant relaunch plan * Connect appropriate Meta assets, including Instagram, when safe * Provide written procedures for Page access, roles, posting, and future contractors * Monitor the initial launch for possible restrictions * Train the founder or designated U.S.-based administrator during handoff Required experience: * Meta Business Suite and Meta Business Portfolio/Business Manager * Facebook Page removal, suspension, recovery, or rebuilding * Meta account ownership, roles, permissions, and two-factor authentication * Social-media account security and governance * Facebook Page setup and management * Content migration and relaunch planning * Clear written and verbal communication * Experience with nonprofits or community organizations is preferred This is not primarily a Facebook advertising assignment. We need someone who understands Meta governance, Page security, enforcement concerns, and responsible rebuilding. The specialist must not use purchased accounts, replacement identities, location-masking methods, or any other approach that could violate Meta’s policies. We prefer to work in phases, beginning with an assessment and written recommendation before granting account access. Screen sharing should be used whenever possible during the assessment. We communicate collaboratively, expect regular progress updates, and require documentation of all settings and changes. The initial engagement is expected to take approximately four to six weeks. We prefer a fixed-price, milestone-based proposal following the initial assessment. Our anticipated total budget is approximately $750–$1,500, depending on the proposed scope and demonstrated expertise. Ongoing content-management work may be considered separately after the new Page is stable. Please answer the following in your proposal: 1.
