US-Based SaaS Support Developer

Ongoing retainer developer needed for bug fixes and escalated support tickets on an existing SaaS platform. I build new features; the contractor handles break/fix only. Stack includes FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js/TypeScript, Stripe Invoicing and Subscriptions, and Render hosting. Work includes diagnosing defects, email delivery issues, Stripe webhook and invoice state problems, scoped data corrections, and dependency updates. Out of scope: new features, architecture, and data model changes. Terms: hourly $85-$140, monthly retained minimum, US business hours response commitment, pull requests only, no direct production deploys. Requirements: US-based, personal performance only, no subcontracting, experience debugging code you did not write, NDA and IP assignment before repo access. First engagement is a paid 2-3 hour scoped task.
