Summary

Need an experienced space planner to create 2–4 modern layout options for our basement. We want to optimize the space for a TV/media area, game table, sensory swing, wet bar, basketball arcade, toy/storage bins, and good traffic flow. We’ll provide dimensions, photos, and inspiration. Please include relevant portfolio examples, estimated timeline, and whether you provide 2D layouts, 3D renderings, or both.
