Basketball Coaches Needed to Test New Coaching Software — Paid Feedback

We’re looking for experienced basketball coaches to test a new software platform being built specifically to make a coach’s job easier. This is not a technical software-testing job. We want actual coaches. If you currently coach high school, college, AAU, club, or another competitive level of basketball, we’d like you to spend some time using the platform as if you were preparing for your own team and then give us honest feedback. The software is designed to help coaches with areas such as: Practice planning and organization Game planning and opponent preparation Film and basketball analysis Building and organizing coaching workflows Saving time on repetitive coaching tasks Using data and technology without making coaching more complicated What you'll do: You'll be given access to the software and a few specific coaching scenarios to work through. We want you to explore the platform, try to accomplish the tasks the way you normally would as a coach, and tell us: What makes sense? What is confusing? What would you actually use? What would you never use? What is missing? And most importantly: Would this actually make your life easier as a basketball coach? We are especially interested in coaches who are comfortable using tools like Hudl, FastDraw, Synergy, spreadsheets, practice-planning software, film tools, or other basketball technology — but experience with those products is not required. Ideal candidate: Current or recently active basketball coach with hands-on experience preparing practices, scouting opponents, watching film, developing players, or managing a team. Please include in your application: What level of basketball you currently coach or most recently coached Your role (Head Coach, Assistant Coach, etc.) How many years you've coached What software or technology you currently use for coaching The biggest time-consuming or frustrating part of your weekly coaching workflow We're not looking for people to tell us everything is great. We want coaches who will be candid and help us build something coaches would genuinely want to use. There may also be opportunities for additional paid testing as we continue developing the product.
