Bathroom Designer

Bathroom Designer / Draftsperson – Revit or Similar Software for PAANA CONSTRUCTION We are seeking an experienced bathroom designer or architectural draftsperson to assist with creating clear, detailed and professional bathroom design documentation. The role will involve: - Developing bathroom floor plans and layouts - Preparing detailed internal elevations - Producing 3D models or visualisations where required - Documenting fixtures, finishes and material selections - Creating tile layouts and setting-out plans - Incorporating client feedback and design revisions - Preparing accurate drawings suitable for client approval, quoting and construction - Coordinating designs with existing plans, measurements and site conditions The ideal candidate will: - Be proficient in Revit or comparable design and drafting software - Have experience designing bathrooms or residential interiors - Understand bathroom construction, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures and finishes - Produce accurate, practical and visually appealing designs - Have strong attention to detail - Communicate clearly and meet agreed deadlines - Be able to work from architectural plans, site measurements, photographs and client briefs Please include examples of previous bathroom designs, floor plans, elevations and 3D visualisations with your application.
