BeLiver Email Funnel Build (Klaviyo + Wix)

We’re looking for a freelancer to build out a complete email marketing funnel for our Wix store dra, connected to Klaviyo. Our Klaviyo account is already created (Basic plan), so this project starts from integration, not account setup. Scope of work: Connect and integrate Klaviyo with our Wix store - Set up domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and a dedicated sending subdomain) - Build a spam-safe email signup/capture form with confirmed (double) opt-in - Design all email templates in Figma for our review and approval before any build work begins - Build the approved designs in Klaviyo - Set up 3 automation flows: a welcome series, an abandoned cart recovery series, and a weekly nurture series - Perform inbox placement and deliverability (seed) testing before go-live - Provide guidance on domain warm-up since this is a new sending domain We will provide: Contributor access to the Wix store - Admin access to the Klaviyo account. Klaviyo account is already created (Basic plan) - DNS access for domain authentication records - Brand guidelines, logos, and design assets - Email copy/content for all templates Requirements: Proven experience with Klaviyo and Wix integrations - Experience with email deliverability setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) - Ability to design in Figma - Please share relevant portfolio examples with your proposal This is a fixed-price project at $350 for the complete scope described above. Please include your estimated timeline with your proposal. Milestone 1: Klaviyo–Wix Integration & Domain Authentication Setup — $70 Connect and integrate Klaviyo with the Wix store Set up domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and a dedicated sending subdomain Deliverable: Live Klaviyo–Wix integration with authenticated sending domain Milestone 2: Signup Form & Email Template Design — $80 Build a spam-safe email signup/capture form with confirmed (double) opt-in Design all email templates in Figma for client review and approval before any build work begins Deliverable: Working signup form + full set of approved Figma email designs Milestone 3: Klaviyo Build — Templates & Automation Flows — $120 Build the approved email designs in Klaviyo Set up 3 automation flows: welcome series, abandoned cart recovery series, and weekly nurture series Deliverable: All 3 automation flows fully built and live in Klaviyo Milestone 4: Testing, Deliverability & Launch — $80 Perform inbox placement and deliverability (seed) testing before go-live Provide guidance on domain warm-up since this is a new sending domain Final review and project handoff Deliverable: Fully tested, launch-ready email funnel and handoff notes Total: $350 (Fixed Price)
