Beauty Retouch Trial

We are a skincare and beauty brand looking for an experienced beauty image retoucher to work with us on an ongoing basis. We regularly produce beauty campaign and e-commerce imagery and require someone who can deliver clean, refined and high-end retouching while maintaining a natural look and feel. We do not like heavy airbrushing or overly perfected skin. It’s important that skin still looks like real skin, with natural texture, pores and dimension retained. What You'll Be Working On: - Beauty and skincare campaign imagery - Close-up skin and facial retouching - E-commerce and product imagery - Colour correction and colour matching - Cleaning up minor blemishes, stray hairs and distractions - Subtle skin tone and texture refinement - Product clean-up and refinement where required - Maintaining consistency across a full set of images Skills We're Looking For: - Strong experience in beauty, skincare, fashion or editorial retouching - Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills - High-end skin retouching while preserving natural texture - Colour grading and colour correction - Strong attention to detail and consistency - Experience using AI for image editing is preferred as we occasionally require CGI style add ons to our imagery Turnaround & Workflow: We are a fast-paced brand, so quick and reliable turnaround is very important to us. We’re looking for someone who is responsive, organised and comfortable working to tight deadlines when required. There is potential for regular, ongoing work for the right person.
