Bespoke Bedding - In need of sewing talent

I need someone with sewing skills to create a simple nap mat w/ built-in pillow for my toddler for preschool. Total budget: $180 - this includes materials, service, and shipping. Requirements below: - Outer material: organic cotton (please message me to confirm pattern/color, I'm flexible I just want it to be pretty simple, and not white, so it doesn't show dirt so much). - Fill material: either organic cotton fill, or kapok fill (whichever is more economical) - Measurements: Pad: 24” x 48” (~1.5” thick) Blanket: 28” x 48” Specifications: There should be a small pillow built in to the top of the nap mat. The blanket should be attached to the mat on one vertical side. And there should be some kind of strap with velcro or similar to close the mat once it's rolled up like a sleeping bag.
