Bilingual (EN/ES) Appointment Setter ($12-15/hr + bonuses) - Call HVAC Shops, Book Demos

We sell an AI phone system ("Sofia") to small HVAC shops in the US. Your job: call shops from a list we provide, get the owner interested, and book a 15-minute demo on our calendar. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred - many of our target shops are Spanish-speaking. You get: the exact script, the target list, a live demo line, a booking link, and a simple tracking page. No CRM or logins. Just dial and book. PAY: $12-15/hr for dialing time (tracked) + $30 per qualified demo that shows + $150 when a shop signs. First week is a paid trial to see if it's a fit - either way you're paid for hours worked. Consistent booking = more hours + bonuses.
