This is a results-driven role for a natural hunter — someone who thrives on the phone, follows up relentlessly and takes full ownership of their pipeline. Note: this Upwork engagement is fully remote; we also hire on-site in Miami through other channels. 🎯 Your Daily Mission Make high-volume cold calls to Realtors, real estate investors, CPAs and referral partners. Qualify prospects and set appointments for our Loan Officers — confirming availability, need and buying capacity. Manage leads and structured follow-up sequences in our CRM (Monday.com) — keeping every stage updated, no exceptions. Log daily KPIs: calls made, effective conversations, follow-ups completed, appointments set and pipeline data updated. Build and nurture long-term referral relationships in South Florida — Realtors, CPAs, investors and strategic partners. Identify warm candidates for future follow-up — keep the pipeline active even when there's no immediate appointment. ✅ What Makes You the Ideal Candidate Bilingual: English and Spanish required — you'll be prospecting with both U.S.-based partners and LATAM clients/foreign investors buying property in the U.S., so full fluency in both languages is a must. 1+ year of cold calling, lead generation or business development experience — with a demonstrable track record of daily activity. Proven phone confidence — clear, energetic, professional voice; solid objection handling and resilience to rejection. Structured follow-up discipline — able to execute high daily activity volume without constant supervision or reminders. CRM experience (Monday.com or similar) — you know how to log, update and track a pipeline in an organized, consistent way. Mortgage, real estate or financial services experience is a plus — not required, but it shortens the learning curve.
