As a **Dispatch Support**, you will play a vital role in ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and smoothly. You will be the primary point of contact for drivers, oversee deliveries, resolve operational issues, and contribute to maintaining service standards. ## Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch * Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. * Monitor routes, shipment status, and operational performance. * Quickly identify and resolve delivery delays or operational issues. * Provide support, guidance, and follow-up to drivers during their routes. * Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams. * Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation. * Assist with operations scheduling, report preparation, and administrative tasks. ## Desired Profile ### Essential Requirements * Leadership and the ability to clearly communicate expectations, follow up, and maintain team accountability. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **Spanish and English**. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong sense of responsibility * Stable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work. ### Desired Qualifications * Studies or training in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields. ## Compensation and Benefits * **Weekly pay of USD $250.** * 100% remote work. * Opportunity for long-term employment. * Opportunities for growth and professional development within an expanding organization. * Dynamic, collaborative, and supportive work environment. ## Why join us?
