Bilingual (EN/ES) Field Photographer & Videographer with Copywriting Skills — Colombia

We're a global structural engineering and disaster risk management firm looking for a bilingual (English + Spanish) field photographer and videographer based in or near Cali, Colombia to capture authentic on-the-ground content for our communications work, with a current focus on our Venezuela earthquake response. This is a multi-task role, but the priorities are: * Field photography & videography — capturing high-quality, authentic on-site imagery and video that tells the story of our earthquake response work * Video editing — turning field footage into short, platform-ready clips for social media * Bilingual copywriting (a plus) — ability to write clear, compelling copy in English and Spanish for social posts and captions is a strong bonus * Social media ideation (a plus) — content concepts and campaign ideas across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Threads * Graphic design (a plus) — producing or mocking up simple branded social graphics Requirements: * Based in or near Cali/Pereira/Manizales, Colombia with the ability to work on-site and travel locally as needed * Strong field photography and videography portfolio, ideally including documentary, humanitarian, or on-location work * Comfortable working on-site in active response environments * Fully bilingual in English and Spanish * Experience with humanitarian, nonprofit, NGO, or mission-driven content preferred * Sensitivity to humanitarian framing — this is serious, apolitical content, not marketing spin * Copywriting, social media, and graphic design skills all a plus To apply, please include: 1.
