This is a production-only role. We provide the marketing research, creative angle, concept, complete script, hooks, brand guidelines and product assets. You turn that brief into polished, conversion-focused AI video ads. All videos are produced with AI. There is no filming and no real actor sourcing. You do not need to review every video; please watch at least three) These references define the minimum production standard we expect in terms of visual quality, pacing, consistency, editing, captions, audio and overall polish. We want comparable execution quality—not copies of the original creatives. All communication regarding this role must remain on Upwork before a contract begins. FORMATS YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PRODUCE Depending on each brief: * Talking AI UGC * Voiceless AI UGC using music and on-screen text * AI cartoon ads * AI claymation ads * Other stylized AI concepts * Product-focused and direct-response e-commerce ads WHAT WE PROVIDE For every assignment, you receive: * Marketing research and creative angle * Complete scripts * Three written hooks per concept * Product and brand assets * Visual references * Clear deliverables and deadline * One consolidated feedback document WHAT YOU HANDLE You are responsible for: * Translating the approved script into an effective shot sequence * AI image and video generation * Character, product and visual consistency * Voice generation and lip-sync when applicable * Music, sound effects and audio mixing * Editing, pacing, transitions and motion * Accurate French or English captions and on-screen text * Quality control and correction of visible AI artifacts * Final exports and organized production assets You may use the AI and editing tools you consider best. We hire based on output quality, not one specific tool. However, you must already have your own tools, subscriptions and generation credits. These costs must be included in your price. STANDARD FIRST ASSIGNMENT The first engagement is a normal, fully paid production order—not an unpaid sample and not a discounted trial. Standard package: * Four genuinely different creative concepts * Three hook versions per concept * Twelve final video exports in total * Approximately 20–50 seconds per video * Usually 1080 × 1920, 9:16 * First drafts within five business days * Final corrections within two business days after receiving consolidated feedback * One consolidated revision round included * Corrections required because the approved script, product, language or brief was not followed are not counted as creative revisions The three hook versions may share the same main body, but each opening must correctly implement the supplied visual, spoken or text hook. Simple caption swaps do not qualify when the brief requires a different visual opening. QUALITY REQUIREMENTS Your work must demonstrate: * Strong paid-social pacing rather than slideshow-style editing * Stable faces, hands, products, packaging and environments * Natural voices, pronunciation and lip-sync * Accurate French and English text * Clean captions and intentional sound design * No obvious flickering, morphing or distracting AI artifacts * Correct product representation * Commercially usable and properly licensed assets * Reliable delivery without constant supervision LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT You must work at a professional C2 or native-equivalent level in both spoken and written French and English. This requirement is essential because you will produce and check client-facing advertisements in both languages. ONGOING FIXED-PRICE BUDGETS Our current all-inclusive recurring budget ceilings are: * 4 concepts × 3 hooks: up to $400 * 8 concepts × 3 hooks: up to $675 * 13 concepts × 3 hooks: up to $940 These are normal recurring budgets from the first project onward, not temporary trial rates. Please quote your best sustainable all-inclusive fixed price for each package. We are not looking for a low introductory rate that will increase immediately afterward. LONG-TERM COLLABORATION We intend to retain up to three producers so that projects can be assigned according to creative style, capacity and availability. Freelancers who consistently meet the quality bar, communicate clearly and respect deadlines can receive recurring assignments. However, no minimum monthly volume is guaranteed. This is a white-label position. You will not communicate directly with our clients. Client assets, briefs and deliverables must remain confidential, and work may not be published in your portfolio without prior written permission.
