Bilingual Legal Assistant for Law Firm

Summary

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) assistant to support our law firm with case management for primarily US employment law matters. Responsibilities include drafting initial demand letters using templates, gathering case files, updating clients and attorneys on case status, and helping qualify potential leads. Prior law firm experience is helpful but not required, as we will provide training. This role may also support the personal injury department when needed. This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, long-term commitment. We are not interested in people that are working at other places simultaneously.
