Bilingual Sales & Operations Manager – Home Cleaning Company

We are a growing residential and commercial cleaning company seeking a dependable, bilingual English/Spanish Sales & Operations Manager to help oversee daily operations. This is not a data-entry-only position. We need someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently with customers and cleaners, solves problems, follows up consistently, and converts incoming leads into paying customers. Key responsibilities: • Respond promptly to leads through phone, text, email, and online platforms • Provide accurate quotes using our established pricing structure • Follow up with leads and confidently ask customers to book • Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments • Coordinate cleaners, assignments, arrival times, and job details • Communicate instructions in both English and Spanish • Monitor jobs from booking through completion • Collect and confirm customer payments • Handle cancellations, rescheduling, complaints, and service-recovery situations • Maintain accurate customer and lead records in our CRM • Review before-and-after photos and confirm job completion • Track leads, bookings, conversion rates, cancellations, and customer issues • Help recruit, onboard, train, and monitor cleaners and support staff • Identify operational problems and recommend practical solutions • Provide clear daily and weekly performance updates Required qualifications: • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish • Experience in operations, customer service, sales, dispatching, or team coordination • Strong phone presence and professional written communication • Proven ability to follow up with leads and close sales • Excellent organization, judgment, and attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple conversations and urgent situations • Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and dependable availability • Ability to work independently without constant supervision • Experience with CRM, scheduling, or dispatch software Experience with a cleaning company or another home-service business is strongly preferred.
