Bilingual Spanish/English Client Support – Full-Time

We’re hiring multiple reliable, friendly Spanish/English bilingual Client Support Specialists to support families of individuals with special needs. Responsibilities: Answer and transfer inbound calls Check in with clients and families Data entry and Excel work Communicate professionally in English and Spanish Be comfortable on the phone for most of the shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Pacific Time Requirements: Fluent English and Spanish, strong phone and writing skills, Excel/data entry experience, must have reliable internet, and excellent reliability. This is a long-term position with paid days off, bonuses, raises, and room for growth. Many of our international team members have been with us for 5+ years.
