Bilingual (Spanish–English) Dental Treatment Coordinator — Sales & Patient Care
Worldwide
BILINGUAL (SPANISH-ENGLISH) DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR - SALES & PATIENT CARE Remote / virtual - Full-time - Reports to Practice Management This is not a receptionist job. This role decides whether a patient books, shows up, says yes to treatment, and comes back. You are the voice of the clinic to every patient, in English and in Spanish. The sales half is presenting treatment and financing options clearly enough that a patient's questions and confusion surface on the call and get answered. The service half is the organized follow-through that makes sure nothing and no one falls through the cracks. The two are inseparable. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Handle first calls and respond to leads from our ads within minutes, not hours - Explain treatment options in general terms and present cost and financing one option at a time - Confirm every appointment through a set multi-touchpoint sequence until the patient responds - Follow up after every procedure - same day where possible, within 24 hours always - Own invisible aligner and implant case starts end to end, from deposit through booking - Work recall and reactivation so patients don't quietly disappear - Reach out to area businesses in protected weekly blocks to build group-deal partnerships - Document every single contact in the practice management system as you go WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 90 DAYS) - No appointment enters a business day unconfirmed - Every outreach attempt logged; every patient request closed with a documented resolution - Post-treatment follow-up completed for every procedure, without exception - Measurable lift in case acceptance among Spanish-speaking patients - Management stops discovering unhandled patient requests WHAT YOU NEED - Fully bilingual Spanish and English, by phone, and English in writing - 2+ years in phone-based sales and service - Comfort talking about money: quoting fees, asking for a deposit, chasing a balance - Documentation discipline - you log as you go, not at the end of the week - Working knowledge of dental insurance basics, including Medicaid - Reliable internet and a private, quiet workspace for patient calls NICE TO HAVE - Any dental practice system exposure - Prior experience presenting treatment costs and financing - A third language Full training is provided on all our systems.
