Sea Island Creative, a US video production and creative agency, is hiring a full-time bilingual Executive Assistant working strictly on US Eastern business hours. You are the first to see and respond to client messages across Slack, Teams, and email. You triage fast, research using ClickUp and AI tools, and reply clearly in our house style, flagging anything sensitive before it goes out. Demonstrated ClickUp expertise and expert daily use of AI tools are required, along with fluent, professional English and Spanish.
