Bilingual Video Editor for Remote Interview Podcast (Trial: 4 Episodes) I'm starting a weekly interview podcast on startup entrepreneurship and personal growth — after years in the US, I want to bring founders' and experts' stories to English and Chinese-speaking audiences. Episodes are recorded remotely and published on YouTube, Xiaohongshu, Xiaoyuzhou, and Bilibili. Looking for an intermediate editor with real editorial/broadcast training, not just AI-tool editing, and someone curious and quick to learn, since the show will evolve. Audio matters as much as visuals. What you'll do (4-5 day turnaround per episode): * Edit full episodes (about 40 min) from multi-track remote recordings (Riverside/SquadCast style) * Clean up audio, pace the edit, keep talking-head footage engaging * Review AI-generated bilingual captions for accuracy/timing (not writing from scratch) * Create 1–2 vertical cuts for Xiaohongshu plus an audio export for Xiaoyuzhou Looking for: * Documentary/broadcast editing background, strong audio skills * Remote multi-track workflow experience * Comfortable in Chinese and English, enough to catch caption errors * A quick, curious learner, open to feedback * Portfolio of full interviews, not short clips To apply, share: 1. 2-3 links to episodes you've edited 2.
