Bilingual Virtual Assistant — Account Calling (English & Spanish)

About NYM Logistics NYM Logistics is a growing trucking and freight company. We keep loads moving and our customers informed — and we're looking for a reliable, well-spoken teammate to help us stay on top of our accounts by phone. What you'll do You'll be the friendly, professional voice reaching out to our accounts every day. Day to day, that means: Calling existing and prospective accounts in both English and Spanish Following up on loads, updates, paperwork, and open items Keeping account records and notes accurate and up to date Relaying messages clearly between accounts and our internal team Handling routine questions and knowing when to escalate Making a high volume of clear, courteous calls throughout the day What we're looking for Fully fluent in English AND Spanish (spoken and written) — this is a must. You'll switch between both languages comfortably on calls.
