Biology & Advanced Life Sciences Expert - AI Trainer

We're looking for advanced Biology and Life Sciences experts interested in applying their subject-matter expertise to the training and evaluation of state-of-the-art AI systems. This is flexible, remote contract work for experts interested in exploring how current AI systems reason within their field, where they make mistakes, and how their capabilities can be better evaluated. What you'll do - Apply your biology or life sciences expertise to advanced AI training and evaluation work - Develop or evaluate challenging problems within your area of expertise - Review AI-generated work and help identify meaningful errors, limitations, or reasoning issues What we're looking for - Master's degree required; PhD strongly preferred in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Neuroscience, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related field - Deep academic, research, or professional expertise within your specialization - Strong scientific and analytical reasoning and ability to assess technically complex work - Prior AI training, evaluation, benchmarking, or LLM experience is a plus, but not required To apply, please share - Your degree, area of expertise, and research or professional background - Any experience you've had with AI training, evaluation, or LLMs - A specific example of something you've seen an AI system struggle with or get wrong in your field and why
