Blockchain Developer for NFT Platform

We’re seeking a passionate and highly skilled Web3 / Blockchain Developer to join our team and help build PropLedger, a Web3-based real estate investment platform focused on fractional property ownership through blockchain technology. PropLedger is designed to tokenize real estate assets as NFTs on the VeChain blockchain, enabling users to purchase fractional ownership of properties and receive rental income proportionally. What You’ll Work On You’ll be involved in designing and developing the core blockchain and Web3 infrastructure of the platform, including: - Smart contract architecture and development - Real estate asset tokenization - Fractional ownership mechanisms - Web3 wallet and blockchain integrations - Blockchain data and transaction flows - Scalable backend and Web3 architecture - Integration between blockchain infrastructure and the platform - Security, reliability, and performance optimization Technical Requirements We’re looking for strong hands-on experience with: - Blockchain / Web3 development - Solidity and smart contracts - VeChain blockchain - Node.js - React - REST APIs and backend architecture - Web3 wallets and blockchain integrations - Database systems - Git/GitHub - Smart contract security and best practices Experience with RWA (Real-World Assets), real estate tokenization, NFTs, DeFi, or fractional ownership platforms is highly preferred. You should be comfortable understanding the product, contributing to technical architecture, identifying potential issues, and helping us build a scalable and secure Web3 platform.
