3D Blooming Flower for Website

I am looking for an experienced Blender and Three.js developer to create a premium interactive 3D flower for the hero section of my digital agency website. The flower should have the same premium feel and smooth animations as the example below, while remaining completely original. Reference: https://dolsten.com The project includes the complete workflow: 3D modelling, materials, animations, web optimization and full Three.js implementation. The final result must be production-ready and easy to integrate into my WordPress website. I think the best approach is to start with a paid first milestone. However, I'd like this first milestone to already resemble the final direction as closely as possible. I'm not looking for a rough proof of concept—I want something that allows me to genuinely evaluate whether we're a good fit for the full project. For the first milestone, I'd like to receive: - A premium flower design inspired by the overall quality and feeling of the Dolsten reference (while being completely original). - High-quality translucent / glass-like materials. - A smooth bloom animation. - A subtle seamless idle animation. - A working Three.js implementation running in the browser. - Basic mouse interaction. My expectation is that this first milestone already represents around 80–90% of the final visual quality. If I love the overall look and feel, we can continue immediately with the remaining milestone. The remaining work should mainly focus on: - Refining the flower details and materials. - Improving the animations. - Mobile responsiveness. - Performance optimization. - Final WordPress integration. - Testing, polishing and documentation. I also want to confirm that everything created during this first milestone will become part of the final project and won't need to be recreated later. I'd like us to build the final product step by step, rather than creating a separate prototype. If the first milestone meets my expectations, I'm happy to continue with the project right away.
