The Role: I am looking for an A-to-Z video creator to produce engaging, true crime bodycam videos to fill the silence between my major documentary releases. You will handle the entire pipeline for these specific videos. Project Scope & Schedule: - Starting Volume: We will begin with 4 videos per month (1 video per week). - Video Runtime: 15 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes per video. The ultimate focus is on delivering exceptional quality rather than simply filling time. - Growth Potential: If the initial videos are successful and deliver strong analytics, we will scale up production volume. - Budget: This is strictly a fixed-rate project. Your Responsibilities (A to Z): - Sourcing & Research: You are an expert in filing US FOIA requests or navigating American databases to uncover compelling, untapped bodycam footage from the United States. - Original Story Selection: You have a sharp eye for potential viral stories and prefer finding unique angles rather than simply recycling what competitors are doing. - Premium Editing & Audio Design: You can craft high-retention videos with strong pacing. This includes full video editing from a to z. The final product must match the premium, respectful, and factual documentary quality established on my channel. - Packaging: You will develop the metadata, including a highly clickable title, an optimized description, targeted keywords, and a compelling thumbnail. Who You Are: - You understand YouTube analytics (retention graphs, Average View Duration) and know how to edit to keep viewers engaged. - You are self-sufficient and can take a project from an initial concept to a ready-to-publish file. - You are looking for a reliable, long-term partnership with a growing channel.
