I'm the founder of an early-stage HR tech product that saves recruiters hours on one of the most tedious steps in hiring. We're pre-launch and keeping the name quiet publicly, but you'll get the full picture on day one: product name, demo video, one-pager, pitch script, and an ideal customer profile with a starter prospect list. Your mission: get recruiters, talent acquisition managers, and staffing agency owners to test the product by booking them into live demos or free trials. THE WORK - Prospect and run outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone - your preferred mix) - Pitch concisely, handle objections, book qualified demos onto my calendar - Track activity in a shared sheet; quick weekly check-in on what's working I reply within hours, not days. You'll work directly with the founder - no layers. PAY (FIXED PRICE, MILESTONES) - Milestone 1: Outreach plan + scripts refined, first 100 contacts engaged - $250 - Milestone 2: First 5 qualified demos completed - $350 - Milestone 3: 10 more qualified demos (15 total) - $700 - PLUS $75 per demo beyond 15 - uncapped. Strong performance leads to an ongoing contract as we scale. A "qualified demo" = a recruiting/TA/staffing professional with hiring responsibility who attends the demo or activates a trial. Milestone 1 pays for your setup work regardless of booking results, so you're not working on spec. YOU'RE A FIT IF - You've done inside sales, SDR/BDR, or appointment setting for B2B - ideally SaaS - Bonus: you've sold to recruiters, HR, or staffing agencies - You have your own prospecting workflow (Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar) - Confident phone manner and excellent written English TO APPLY Start with the word DEMO, then answer just these two: 1.
