Book Indesign Layout Final Proofreading

Hello! I am working on producing a book for a client. We are in the last stages. I have an InDesign File and a marked up PDF. Unfortunately, the last proofreader (who marked up the PDF) found many (many!) mistakes in the work. I need to hire someone to move the PDF edits into the InDesign File. The issue is that many of the imported comments don't automatically apply the intended edit. The worker must interpret the copy editor's comment, manually make the change in the text, and preserve the paragraph and character styling. I need this done ASAP.
