Book Layout and Design for Premium Illustrated Architectural Memoir / Coffee Table Book

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced Editorial Designer / Book Designer to help compose and design a premium illustrated coffee-table memoir. This is not a typical text-heavy book. The book is highly visual and tells the story of a six-year architectural and entrepreneurial journey through hand-drawn sketches, architectural illustrations, visual assets, and narrative text. The illustrations have already been created, and the manuscript is complete. I now need someone who can transform all of these elements into a beautifully designed print-ready publication. About the Book: Approximately 14–16 chapters Premium coffee-table style Highly visual Architecture meets storytelling Hand-drawn architectural sketchbook aesthetic Black ink illustrations with subtle burnt-sienna accents Lots of white space Elegant, minimal layouts The overall feeling should resemble an architect's personal sketchbook rather than a conventional printed book. Scope of Work The selected designer will: Design the complete editorial layout Develop a consistent visual language throughout the book Compose each spread using supplied sketches and illustrations Position chapter openers Create balanced compositions using images, captions, pull quotes and narrative Maintain generous white space Create beautiful typography hierarchy Select appropriate fonts (or work with my preferences) Prepare print-ready files Prepare files suitable for digital viewing if required Assets Already Available I will provide: Complete manuscript High-resolution illustrations Character sketches Architectural sketches Supporting assets Chapter structure Approximate layout ideas Design references Visual direction This is primarily an editorial composition project rather than an illustration project.
