Book Permissions / Rights Specialist Needed for HarperCollins Manuscript.

I am looking specifically for someone who has obtained quotation/text permissions for traditionally published books. This is not a proofreading, formatting, or general legal-research assignment. I’m completing a forthcoming trade book with HarperCollins and need an experienced publishing permissions specialist to handle permissions for three chapter-opening quotations: Maya Angelou Ken Blanchard Mike Tyson I want this handled end-to-end: identify/verify the original source and rights holder for each quotation, determine whether permission is required, submit the appropriate permission requests, correspond with rights holders, follow up as necessary, and provide me with the final written permissions/documentation required by HarperCollins. The Maya Angelou request has already been partially researched and Penguin Random House has been identified as the likely permissions route. Ideal candidate: someone with direct experience clearing quotations/excerpts for traditionally published books, preferably with major publishers. Please briefly describe your experience obtaining literary permissions and give an example of a similar project you've handled. This is a small project, but I need someone who knows the process and can take ownership of it with minimal involvement from me.
