Book Production / Prepress Specialist Needed for 134-Page Workbook

Looking for a Book Production / Prepress Professional I have spent a lot of time building a 134-page financial education workbook called "Planting Hope", and I am finally at the point where I need someone who knows more about professional book production than I do to help me finish it well. The workbook is written and designed. It has worksheets, charts, illustrations, watercolor elements, writing areas, and front and back cover designs. I like what I have created and want to keep the heart and feel of it, but I am also hiring a professional for a reason. If you look at something and think, there is a better way to do this, I want you to tell me. I just do not want someone to come in and change everything I have worked so hard to build without talking to me first. I have a specific voice I have developed over the years I have worked with clients, and it has worked. I want my tone to stay the same. What I really need is someone who can go through the workbook with a professional eye and help with things like print quality, image resolution, margins, bleed, fonts, page consistency, clipping, final pagination, and anything else that could cause problems when it goes to print. Some of the images may not be high enough resolution for commercial printing. I am not looking for someone to simply run everything through an AI upscaler. I would rather have someone who can tell me which pages are fine, which ones truly need attention, and the best way to fix them. Experience with InDesign, Acrobat/PDF preflight, book production, workbooks, textbooks, nonfiction, or other more complicated interiors** would be ideal. Experience preparing books for commercial printers, KDP, IngramSpark, BookBaby, or something similar would also be helpful. If you are interested, please send me a few examples of books or workbooks you have prepared for print, a little about your production experience, what software you use, whether I receive the final working files, and how you normally price a project like this. I will probably start with a "small paid sample of a few pages" so we can both see how we work together before jumping into all 134 pages. The workbook is copyrighted and proprietary, and anything shared would be for this project only.
