I have written **almost 20 books**, at different stages of development, and I now need an experienced publishing professional who can help me turn these manuscripts into professionally produced, published and successfully promoted books. I need someone who can work with me closely, guide me step by step, keep the publishing programme organised, and help me understand what needs to happen at each stage. I am looking for a freelancer who will be proactive and able to say: *"This is where your book currently is. These are the next steps. This is what I need from you. These are the things I will handle. This is what we should do before launch, and this is what we should do after publication."* Strong communication and project-management skills are therefore extremely important.
