Book keeper required for on going work

I run a logistics company in the UK. Im looking for someone to take over the book keeping function of the business. Currently the business uses quickbooks but we need to switch over to Xero. The software invoices are produced in is Mandata, so the ideal candidate will have experience with QB, Xero and Mandata. 1/ Reconcile the bank account - Accurately match transactions up to the correct supplier/customer, ensuring the VAT % is correct and the correct account is charged to 2/ Enter receipts using xero/dext 3/ HP agreements. We also have around 10 HP agreements, and usually add or remove 3-5 per year. So you will need to understand how to input and record HP agreements in xero ensuring the FAR and depr figures are maintained accurately. 4/ Request supplier statements on a monthly basis and ensure that xero balance matches the suppliers balance. There are a number of 'repeat' transactions in the bank, such as the direct debit payments for the HP agreements. Currently there are aroudn 6 of these. I need someone who is detail orientated, has years of experience using xero, can confidently set up xero from scratch taking trial balances from QB and the accountants. The average amount of transactions per month in this business is around 70-80 To begin with, I'd like this done once per week so I can run a weekly report.
