Bookkeeper & Accounting Support: Short-term goal with Long-Term opportunity. Needs experience. I'm looking for an experienced bookkeeper for ongoing, long-term work managing books across multiple entities: two S-Corps, several single-member LLCs, and personal real estate investment activity. Immediate need: Two S-Corp filings due September 15 along with my personal and other business filings but need a final review and cleanup. This is a time-sensitive starting point. Ongoing scope: Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation across all entities Clean, organized books maintained year-round not just at tax time Support preparing for 2026 taxes and all future filings Work in Wave (current platform open to discussing migration after 2025 taxes are filed) What I'm looking for: Proven experience with S-Corps, single-member LLCs, and real estate investor accounting. Plenty of catch up needed. Strong reconciliation skills books need some cleanup before we get to maintenance mode Reliable, communicative, and available for a long-term relationship US accounting knowledge ideal.
