Company: Spinner Ink Tattoos Job Type: Remote | Commission Only Compensation: Typically $50–$100 per successfully booked appointment | Uncapped Commission | Paid Weekly About the Role Spinner Ink Tattoos is a growing tattoo shop looking to hire multiple motivated Booking Managers (BMs) to join our team. As a Booking Manager, your primary responsibility is to turn incoming leads into confirmed tattoo appointments. You will contact new leads quickly, build relationships, answer questions, follow up consistently, collect deposits, and lock in appointment dates. This is a 100% commission-only remote position. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. You are paid based on successfully booked and qualified appointments. This role is best suited for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with sales, highly organized, persistent with follow-up, and motivated by performance-based income. What You’ll Be Doing Your responsibilities will include: Contacting new incoming leads as quickly as possible after they come in Calling, texting, and following up with potential clients Building trust and helping clients feel comfortable moving forward Learning about each client’s tattoo idea and helping guide them through the booking process Answering basic questions about tattoo appointments, pricing, deposits, and the booking process Nurturing leads who are interested but not ready to book immediately Following up consistently with warm and unresponsive leads Professionally handling common questions, hesitation, and objections Collecting deposits and locking in confirmed appointment dates Booking and managing appointments through GoHighLevel Keeping accurate notes and updating lead statuses inside the CRM Staying in contact with booked clients leading up to their appointment date Sending follow-ups and reminders to help reduce no-shows and forgotten appointments Maintaining strong communication throughout the client journey Speed-to-Lead Is Important Our leads come from active marketing and advertising campaigns. Many potential clients are most interested immediately after submitting their information. Because of this, Booking Managers are expected to: Respond to new leads quickly Be comfortable making outbound calls Follow up consistently Stay organized across multiple active conversations Move qualified clients toward a deposit and confirmed appointment Maintain communication after the appointment is booked We are looking for people who understand that fast, professional follow-up can make the difference between losing a lead and booking an appointment. Our System We use GoHighLevel (GHL) for: Lead management Phone calls Text communication Follow-up CRM tracking Appointment booking Client notes Experience with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred. However, we are open to candidates who are tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems, and able to learn new software quickly. Compensation This is a 100% commission-only position. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. You will receive 50% of every qualifying deposit you successfully collect for an appointment you book and lock in, subject to the company’s commission terms and booking requirements. Typical commission per successfully booked appointment: Approximately $50–$100 per qualified booking No commission cap Paid weekly at the end of each week The more qualified appointments you successfully book, the more you can earn Example: If you successfully book 10 qualified appointments in one week and earn an average commission of $75 per booking, that would equal $750 in commission for that week. This is an example only. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance, lead volume, deposit amount, booking quality, and successfully completed qualifying bookings. No specific level of earnings is guaranteed.
