Bookkeeper/Accountant for a ecommerce agency

We're an agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to keep our books accurate and up to date. You'll be our go-to person for day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks — recording transactions, reconciling accounts, handling invoicing and bills, and making sure everything is clean and ready for our monthly close. This is an ongoing contract role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who's organized, dependable, and takes pride in tidy books. Responsibilities - Record revenue, expenses, payroll, and bank transactions accurately in QuickBooks - Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts - Manage accounts receivable and payable — send invoices, apply payments, and follow up on overdue accounts - Prepare payroll and vendor payment records for approval - Keep the books close-ready and deliver clean monthly reports on time - Support our accountant with the information they need for taxes and filings Requirements - Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally with a services business or agency - Strong hands-on QuickBooks skills - Excellent attention to detail and consistency in hitting deadlines - Clear communication and the ability to work independently, remotely HOW TO APPLY If you're interested, please send us a short Loom video introducing yourself, your background, and your relevant bookkeeping experience.
