Bookkeeper/Data Entry

I run a small trading card buying and selling business. Cards are bought on eBay, sent out for professional grading, then resold. Everything is tracked in one Google Sheet, and I'm falling behind on keeping it current. I need someone reliable to own the data entry so nothing slips. What you'd do daily (about 1-2 hours): Check eBay for completed purchases and sales, enter the details into our tracker Log delivery dates and tracking numbers as packages arrive Enter grading results and costs as they come back Email our grading partner to follow up on missing tracking numbers or results Flag anything that looks off — a missing card, a cost that doesn't match, a package that hasn't moved What I'm looking for: Comfortable in Google Sheets (entering data, basic formulas, not breaking things) Clear written English — you'll be emailing vendors on my behalf Detail-oriented. This job is almost entirely about accuracy Available on a consistent daily schedule Reliable and communicative. If something's unclear, ask rather than guess Nice to have (not required): Familiarity with eBay seller tools Any interest in or knowledge of trading cards Details: Start at ~5 hours/week, growing as the business does Long-term role — I want one person who learns the system, not a rotating cast I'll provide written procedures for every task To apply, answer these: Describe a job where you were responsible for keeping records accurate.
