Bookkeeper Needed to Prepare Draft Accounting Package

I’m looking for an experienced bookkeeper or accountant to review partially completed records and prepare a clean draft accounting package for final review by a local accountant. A significant amount of the underlying work has already been completed. The selected freelancer should build on the existing work rather than unnecessarily recreating it. The engagement will begin with a paid 1–2 hour Zoom session to review the records, clarify open items, and agree on the remaining scope. The expected draft package may include: * trial balance * balance sheet * income statement * bank and key balance-sheet reconciliations * proposed adjustment entries * supporting schedules where relevant * a clear list of assumptions, missing information, and unresolved questions The goal is to provide a clean, well-documented handoff that a local accountant can efficiently review and finalize. You should have strong experience with bookkeeping cleanup, year-end closing, reconciliations, and Excel or Google Sheets. After the initial session, please provide either a fixed-price quote or a capped-hour estimate for completing the agreed deliverables. No additional hours should be worked without prior approval.
