Bookkeeper — Niche Trades-Focused Firm (Ongoing, Part-Time, Remote)

Looking for a bookkeeper to handle monthly categorization and reconciliation for a portfolio of trades clients. Your work is reviewed by our Client Controller before it reaches anyone, so you're supported, not thrown in alone. What you'll do: categorize transactions, reconcile bank/card/loan accounts monthly, maintain QBO files, support payroll data entry, flag anything unclear rather than force a categorization. What we're looking for: 1–3 years bookkeeping experience, working QBO knowledge, comfortable with a real monthly close cadence, detail-oriented. Fully remote, 10–15 hrs/week to start.
