Bookkeeper to update 2026 Books (Potential for Long Term Collaboration/Retainer)

QuickBooks Bookkeeper Needed to Complete 2026 Books We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to review, correct, and complete our 2026 books. Some transactions have already been imported or categorized, but the bookkeeping is incomplete. The work will include: * Reviewing transactions from January 2026 through the present * Categorizing and reclassifying transactions as needed * Identifying missing or duplicate entries * Matching transfers and credit card payments correctly * Reconciling our bank and credit card accounts * Making sure Apple and Google mobile app payments are accurately reflected * Delivering an updated profit and loss statement and balance sheet We are a U.S.-based mobile app company organized as an LLC taxed as an S corporation. We use QuickBooks Online and do not carry physical inventory. The budget for this initial cleanup project is **$200 fixed price**. There is strong potential for ongoing monthly bookkeeping work if this project goes well.
