Summary

Bookkeeper Aviation services company seeks a fractional bookkeeper to own day-to-day books in QuickBooks Online: transaction categorization, bank/credit card reconciliations, AP entry, and a clean monthly close with standard reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash). You will not handle billing or payroll — those are separately owned. Approx. 10–15 hrs/week, long-term. Looking for solid bookkeeping experience, QBO proficiency; multi-entity a plus.
