Needs to hire 2 Freelancers

Summary

Assist on the following items for regular bookkeeping. Typically with QuickBooks Online or Yardi Breeze/Voyager. Gather and input accounts payable. Gather and input payment information. Record journal entries. Run reports. Perform needed analysis. Correspondence with vendors. Assist on bank and credit card reconciliations. Regularly monitor designated email accounts. Ask questions to the team to ensure items are properly handled. Our business hours are US EST 9am-5pm. Availability during some portion of these hours is needed but not required to be available the full time period. Hours can vary based on time of month and project load. 2 or more monitor setup is required for consideration. Upwork time tracking is required to be used to log hours for payment. Time is subject to regular review.
