Small Business Accounting-Bookkeeping-Billing and Invoicing Services needed We need a reliable professional to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our business. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, handling payroll and time sheet tracking, and supporting credentialing activities. The ideal freelancer should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while ensuring records are up to date and accurate. This is a part-time role for someone who can help keep our financial operations running smoothly. Preparation of accurate profit and loss for upcoming US IRS tax season. Ongoing on time invoicing and billing of up to ten clients currently. Send invoices to clients and insurance companies for timely payments Payroll preparation weekly (timesheets sent owner so payments can be made to staff on a weekly and biweekly basis). Future need for credentialling services for health care services –the knowledge skills, and to do so is a plus.
