Brand Identity Designer with Brand Strategy Expertise Needed

I run a small business and I have a logo I generated with ChatGPT. It gets the idea across, but it does not hold up as a real mark. The curves are uneven, it falls apart at small sizes, and the only file I have is a PNG. I need someone who can redraw it properly and then build an actual brand around it. I am looking for a brand identity designer who thinks about strategy first, not just execution. Before any design work starts, I want to talk through what the business does, who it serves, and what the brand should stand for, so the visual decisions come from somewhere. If you just want the logo brief and nothing else, this is probably not the right fit. Scope of work: refine and hand-redraw the existing logo as clean vector artwork, keeping the core idea intact; build the logo system around it, including horizontal and stacked lockups, an icon-only version, one-color and reversed versions, and a favicon set; define a color palette with exact HEX, RGB and CMYK values; choose a typography pairing with clear hierarchy rules; and deliver a short brand guidelines document covering logo usage, clear space, minimum sizes, color, type, and basic do's and don'ts. Deliverables: final vector logo files in AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and transparent PNG; the full variation suite; favicon and app icon set; the documented palette and type system; and the brand guidelines PDF. Source files included, with full rights to the finished work.
