Brand Identity & Website Designer for IT Consulting Company (Greenfield Project)

Hi, I’m reaching out on behalf of Vital IT GmbH, a Germany-based IT & AI consulting and managed services company. We’re looking for an experienced Brand & Digital Designer to lead a complete redesign of our brand and website. Our first website approach (https://vitalitgroup.de/) was ultimately not considered feasible, as it doesn’t support our long-term positioning, premium brand image, and go-to-market strategy. Therefore, please consider this a greenfield project—everything can be challenged and redesigned from scratch. For inspiration, we like https://www.kiberatung.de/ because of its premium look, storytelling, structure, and UX. However, we’re not looking for a copy. We want a unique brand identity and digital experience tailored to Vital IT. Phase 1 – Expected Deliverables 1. Brand Strategy (Positioning, Mission, Vision & USP) 2. Brand Book (30–60+ pages) 3. Visual Identity & Style Guide 4. Complete Figma Design System 5. Website Sitemap / Information Architecture 6. High-Fidelity Website Mockups (Desktop & Mobile) 7. Marketing Asset Templates 8. Developer Handover Package 9. Complete Logo Package (AI, SVG, PNG, PDF & EPS) 10. Editable Source Files (Figma & Adobe) We’ll initially share our existing materials. If we decide to move forward together, we’ll first sign a mutual NDA. After that, we’ll provide our Go-to-Market Strategy Brief, positioning, messaging, personas, competitive analysis, and business objectives to ensure the design is driven by strategy—not just aesthetics. Experience in the technology sector is a strong plus, particularly with IT consulting, software development, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, or digital transformation. If Phase 1 is successful, we’d be happy to continue with a long-term collaboration covering website implementation, landing pages, marketing assets, campaigns, presentations, and future branding initiatives.
