We shoot content for local businesses, restaurants, real estate, med spas, law offices, and turn it into video that actually performs. We're growing our editing team and looking for editors who get short-form. Here's what matters most: can you tell a story? We're not looking for someone who stitches clips together. We want editors who understand pacing, hooks, and rhythm, who know why a Reel stops the scroll in the first 3 seconds and how to keep someone watching to the end. What you'll do Take our raw footage and a brief, return polished edits ready to post Cut short-form content built to drive views and engagement Bring sound to life, music, SFX, audio sweetening color grading, create clips that match to invoke a feeling Pitch ideas. We want editors who think, not just execute. You should be strong in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve Pacing, storytelling, and cuts that feel intentional Color grading that sets a mood, not just corrects exposure Speed ramps and motion that lands Bonus if you work with After Effects or AI tools (upscaling, background removal, generative effects) tell us how you use them. How we hire. We pay per video. To start, we'll send a short paid test edit using our own footag, we'd rather see what you can do than read about it.
