Branded 2D Site Map Illustration for Apartment Community (Vector, Over Supplied Linework)

We need our property site map redrawn accurately to scale and illustrated in our brand style. The map is used for wayfinding signage and leasing materials. THE JOB HAS THREE PARTS: PART 1 - ACCURATE LINEWORK: Trace our site survey into a clean, to-scale vector linework base: property boundary, building footprints, parking stripes, drives, and walkways. Dimensions must match the survey we supply. We will also supply architectural drawings for tracing the building's unit layouts. PART 2 - BRANDED ILLUSTRATION: Over your own linework, produce a polished, branded 2D site plan illustration in a clean flat style: landscaping, trees, pool and amenity areas, hardscape, parking, etc. Buildings are illustrated as their own layer group on top, within the building footprints defined in the base. PART 3 - OVERLAY LAYERS: Two label/icon layer groups on top of the map, each as its own separately named layer group (NOT baked into the base) so we can toggle them per use case: * Amenity locations (for leasing materials): pool, spa, gym, clubhouse, pickleball, dog parks, etc. * Resident essentials (for resident materials): mailboxes, package room, dumpsters, guest parking, pet areas, leasing office, etc. We supply the full list and locations for both; you design a clean, brand-matched icon/label set and place them. TIMELINE (FIRM - please only apply if you can commit): * To-scale linework base within 5 days * Full illustrated base map within 7 days of linework approval (a quick style test on one small area is required for sign-off at the start of this milestone) * Building layers within 3 days of base map approval * Overlay layers + final files within 18 days of start, total WE PROVIDE: * Site survey PDF * Current site map (.ai) for content and unit-layout reference * Architectural drawings for all 4 buildings * Overhead drone photography as ground-truth reference, where available * Brand kit (palette, fonts, logo) * Complete list + locations for amenity and resident-essential overlays YOU DELIVER: * To-scale vector linework base matched to the survey * Fully illustrated, branded base map drawn over it * Building layers illustrated within the defined footprints * Amenity and resident-essentials overlay layers (icons + labels), each as a separate named layer group * Layered .ai source with named layers + SVG export * 100% vector, no embedded raster * Print-ready and web-ready exports * Multiple revision rounds, to be discussed MILESTONES: * To-scale linework base traced from survey - $150 * Full illustrated base map (grounds: landscaping, hardscape, parking, amenities) - $175 * Building layers added within the base footprints - $100 * Overlay layers (amenities + resident essentials) + revisions + final files (.ai, SVG, exports) - $75 We will fund each milestone as the prior one is approved. WHEN SUBMITTING PROPOSAL: * Please share 1-2 examples of comparable map, campus, resort, or site plan illustration * Confirm you can deliver a layered .ai source file plus SVG, fully vector. * Confirm you can meet the 18-day timeline above, and state your actual expected turnaround.
