Brazilian Immigration Lawyer (OAB) — Residency, CRNM and CPF Applications for International Clients

This role is open to professionals based in Brazil only. Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English are essential, as you will work with Brazilian authorities and communicate directly with international clients from the U.S., UK and Europe. You must be a Brazilian lawyer in good standing with an active OAB registration. You must have demonstrable experience with Brazilian immigration and residency matters, including residence permits, Federal Police procedures and CRNM registration. Experience assisting foreign nationals with CPF applications is required. You should be comfortable handling clients remotely, explaining procedures clearly to people unfamiliar with Brazil, and working to agreed response times. You must be able to issue compliant invoices/receipts for your professional services. Experience with residence routes connected to family reunion, work, investment, digital nomad status, Mercosur arrangements or other lawful residence pathways is advantageous. Working arrangement We expect to begin with a paid trial matter or paid legal assessment, then move to an ongoing case-by-case relationship for the right person. We are open to discussing hourly or fixed-fee pricing by case type. The successful lawyer will act as independent Brazilian local counsel. Frederick Capital will coordinate the broader client experience; the lawyer will retain responsibility for Brazilian legal advice, representation and local filings. Professional fees, scope, confidentiality and authority to act will be documented clearly for each client matter.
