Brevo Video Course + Support Specialist / Only Native German Speaking

Brevo Expert Needed for Long-Term Collaboration (Video Course + Client Projects) We are looking for an experienced Brevo specialist to join us in a long-term freelance collaboration. While experience with ActiveCampaign is a plus for future projects, our primary focus is finding someone who has deep expertise in Brevo and can confidently build, optimize, and explain CRM and email marketing systems. What we’re looking for We’re searching for someone who: * Has extensive hands-on experience with Brevo. * Understands CRM, email marketing, automations, segmentation, forms, transactional emails, and best practices. * Knows how to build clean, scalable setups for clients. * Can explain complex topics in a simple and structured way. * Is reliable, responsive, and interested in a long-term partnership. * Ideally has experience working directly with clients or providing customer support. Your responsibilities 1. Create a professional Brevo video course (White Label) One of your main tasks will be producing a comprehensive Brevo training course that we will publish under our own brand. The course should: * Be recorded with both screen sharing and camera. * Be professionally structured from beginner to advanced topics. * Teach not only which buttons to click, but also the reasoning and best practices behind each feature. * Be easy to understand while still providing expert-level knowledge. Being on camera is important to us because we want the course to feel personal and engaging. 2. Support our client projects We also want you to become part of our extended team by helping us implement and optimize Brevo for our clients. Typical tasks include: * Setting up CRM systems. * Building email marketing automations. * Creating customer journeys. * Configuring forms and lead capture. * Segmenting audiences. * Improving deliverability and email marketing performance. * Advising on best practices. This is a long-term opportunity We are not looking for someone for a one-time project. We are looking for a trusted expert we can work with over the long term as our client base continues to grow. If you also have experience with ActiveCampaign, that’s a big plus, as we expect future projects in that ecosystem as well.
