Bring our mascot logo concept to life — hand-drawn cartoon character logo for a consumer web app

We're MyAuctionAgent.com — a free consumer web app that watches auctions nationwide and emails you when the right item shows up at the right all-in delivered price. We have a logo concept we love (rough mockup attached) and we're hiring a designer to redraw it professionally. Same idea, much better execution. THE CONCEPT — please keep it: A friendly auctioneer character. He holds up a bid paddle that says "My," his hat band says "Agent," and the word "Auction" sits beside him — so the scene literally reads "My Auction Agent" left to right. That visual joke is the brand. THE STYLE — please read this before anything else: We want a HAND-DRAWN CARTOON feel — like a character a cartoonist drew with a pen, full of warmth and personality. Think classic Saturday-morning cartoon or vintage storybook charm: visible line character, expressive face, a little life in the pose. NOT a slick, geometric, flat-vector corporate mascot, and NOT AI-generated art. Final files still need to be clean vectors (see deliverables), but the style must feel drawn by a human hand. WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU: - Redraw the character warm, friendly, and full of hand-drawn cartoon charm. Approachable mascot energy with confident linework that keeps its human character. Think "helpful guy in your corner," not corporate. - Keep our palette: gold #e3a82b (paddle, hat band, tie accents), deep gold #c98f14, near-black ink #161616, and white. Light backgrounds are primary. - Refine the wordmark for "Auction" and ".com" — we lean classic serif, but propose what you think works. - THE MASCOT MUST SURVIVE TINY: the character alone, cropped square, needs to read clearly at favicon and app-icon size (16–32px). This is a hard requirement — please show it at small size in your comps. DELIVERABLES: 1. Full horizontal lockup (character + wordmark) 2. Square mark (character alone) for app icon and social avatar 3. Favicon-ready exports (16, 32, 48, 180, 512px PNG plus ICO) 4. One-color / black and white variant 5.
