Bubble.io Developer Needed to Complete Caregiver Marketplace

I am looking for an experienced Bubble.io developer to complete and clean up an existing two-sided caregiver marketplace web application. A significant portion of the UI/design already exists in Bubble. This is not a build-from-zero project and not primarily a UI redesign. The priority is making the existing platform function correctly from beginning to end. The marketplace connects families/clients seeking non-medical assistance with independent caregivers. Clients post their own care requests, caregivers browse and apply, clients choose the caregiver they want, shifts are tracked, clients approve completed hours, and payments/payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Required User Roles Client Clients must be able to: * Sign up/login * Access a dedicated Client Dashboard * Create and manage profile * Post care requests * Set care type, location, date/time and caregiver hourly rate * View their care requests * View applicants for each individual request * Review caregiver profiles * Accept/reject applicants * Book selected caregiver * View upcoming/completed bookings * Review clock-in/out information * Approve/dispute timesheets * Manage payment method * View payment history Caregiver Caregivers must be able to: * Sign up/login * Access a dedicated Caregiver Dashboard * Create/manage profile * Browse/filter open care requests * Apply to requests * View application status * View upcoming/completed shifts * Clock in/out * Request corrections to worked time * View earnings * Complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding * View payout status/history Admin A separate protected Admin Dashboard should allow the platform administrator to oversee: * Users * Care requests * Applications * Bookings * Timesheets * Disputes/corrections * Payments * Failed payments * Caregiver payouts * Cancellations * Platform fees Admin should not appear in normal Client/Caregiver navigation. Core Marketplace Workflow The following must work completely from beginning to end: Client posts care request → Caregiver views request → Caregiver applies → Client sees applicant → Client reviews/accepts caregiver → Booking automatically created → Caregiver clocks in/out → Timesheet created → Client reviews/approves → Client payment processed → Caregiver payout processed Existing pages that are not properly connected should be corrected. For example, accepting a caregiver must create a booking from the existing care request. The client should never have to create another care request simply to book someone who already applied. Role-Based Navigation Navigation should be appropriate for the logged-in role. Role restrictions must be enforced through Bubble privacy/workflow rules—not simply by hiding buttons. Time Tracking & Timesheets The application requires: * Server-side clock-in validation * Defined clock-in window * Prevention of clocking into future/unrelated shifts * Clock-out * Automatic shift close if caregiver forgets to clock out * Automatic timesheet creation * Caregiver time-correction request * Client review of actual clock-in/out times * Approve/dispute functionality * No payment from an unapproved/disputed timesheet Stripe Connect Express Developer must have experience with Stripe Connect Express, not merely standard Stripe Checkout. Required: * Client payment method securely saved through Stripe * Caregiver Stripe Connect onboarding * Charge client after approved timesheet * Dynamic payment calculation * Caregiver receives agreed hourly rate * Platform collects $6/hour service fee * Stripe webhook handling * Failed-payment handling * Payout status * Payment/earnings history * Admin payment oversight Example: Caregiver rate: $25/hr Platform fee: +$6/hr Client pays: $31/hr Caregiver earns: $25/hr The $25 amount is only an example. Calculations must use the rate associated with the actual booking. Fixed-Price Milestones Total Project Budget: $700-$750 Milestone 1 — $250 Core Marketplace & Role Workflow Client/Caregiver authentication, dashboards, privacy rules, care request posting, job browsing, caregiver application, client applicant review, accept/reject and automatic booking creation. Target delivery: Days 1–2 Milestone 2 — $200 Scheduling, Clock-In/Out & Timesheets Role-specific schedules, server-side clock-in/out, auto-close, timesheet creation, correction requests and client approve/dispute functionality. Target delivery: Days 3–4 Milestone 3 — $200 Stripe Connect + Admin + Final Integration Stripe Connect Express onboarding, client payment setup, $6/hour platform fee, approved-timesheet charging, caregiver payout workflow, webhooks, payment failure handling, earnings/payment records and Admin oversight. Target functional delivery: Days 5–6 Day 7 — Testing & Fixes Day 7 is specifically reserved for: * End-to-end testing * Bug fixes * Workflow corrections * Privacy/access testing * Mobile/responsive corrections * Stripe Test Mode testing * Final acceptance testing The 7-day period includes fixes. A milestone is not considered complete simply because the pages have been created; the associated workflow must function correctly when tested. Existing Application The developer will receive collaborator access to the existing Bubble app. Please review existing work before deleting or rebuilding anything. Usable UI/components should be retained whenever appropriate. Existing branding inconsistencies should also be corrected so the platform consistently displays Bridge2Kare.
